
These simple and savoury rice balls can be made with ingredients available from Asian grocers and Daiso.
Ingredients
- 2 small servings of hot cooked rice
- 2tbsp salted kelp flakes
- 1tbsp (~3g) bonito flakes
- 1tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 2tsp Tsuyu sauce (or soy sauce)
How to make onigiri
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape them into 4 rice balls.
